We want you to be happy every time you shop with us but if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Please ensure you read and fully understand the terms.
Returns
You have 30 days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, in the same condition that you received it and it must be in the original packaging. You will also need to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Perfect Nova reserves the right to refuse a refund if the goods are not in the same pristine condition in which they were sent.
Non-Returnable Items- Due to hygiene reasons we are unable to accept returns on Earrings.
- We do not accept returns on sale items, custom/bespoke orders or personalised/engraved items. (unless there is an original manufacturing fault)
In order to start a return please email us at support@perfectnova.co.uk with your order number and an explanation why you would like to return the item, we will respond with instructions on how and where to return your item.
Sending an item back without first notifying us will not be accepted.
The customer is responsible for the return postage costs, except where wrong item is received, item was damaged on arrival OR there is a manufacturing fault. We are not able to refund original postage costs, for customer requested returns.
We advise returning via a signed for or tracked postage service as we cannot be liable for missing parcels. The item remains your responsibility until it reaches us.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please ensure you include photographic evidence of the issue when emailing us.
Refund
Once we receive your item, we will notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
Please allow 10 working days for your return to be processed once received and your refund to appear in your bank account.
