Warranty

We offer a 3 month warranty with all items, giving you peace of mind that should anything happen within those 3 months you can get your jewellery repaired free of charge or replaced.

The warranty covers faults in materials and manufacture and is effective from the date of purchase.

The warranty does not cover wear and tear and accidental damage.

Jewellery outside of warranty can be repaired at a small charge.

Repairs

All our stretch bracelets and rings are made using strong durable stretch elastic. Over time and through love of wearing your jewellery they can stretch. We are happy to restring your bracelet for a small charge of £5 (plus P&P). To go ahead with this service please email us at support@perfectnova.co.uk.
